About You

You’ll have experience as a commis chef or kitchen assistant and be passionate about serving great food and eager to develop your kitchen skills. You’ll have a genuine interest in food and ingredients, be organised, hard working and good with people.

You must have excellent spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK.

About Us

At GRAZING we love crayfish and rocket but not nearly as much as we love hot meat! Our high quality hot meat sandwich bars are about to start a sandwich revolution in London. The first shop opened in mid-March and we’ve been such a hit, we’re now looking for a chef to help run our kitchen and prepare fantastic roast meats, salads, sandwiches and other great food for us to sell to hungry City folk. The Job

With various shifts between 6am and 5pm Monday to Friday your tasks will include:

• Working alongside our chef to create fantastic sandwiches, salads and baked goods.
• Preparing and cooking our signature breakfast sandwiches.
• Making our signature bacon butties and other hot sandwiches for our busy breakfast service.
• Preparing our range of delicious cold sandwiches for sale in our shop and delivery to offices.
• Preparing an ever changing range of salads for our salad bar.
• Keeping our kitchen clean (we don’t employ a kitchen porter so you mustn’t be afraid of washing up!).
• Eventually take responsibility for a section in our kitchen.
