At Grazing, we don’t just “do events”. We serve moments. We plate up personality. We give people a very valid excuse to step away from their inbox and follow the smell of something delicious.
From Christmas lunches that turn into full blown celebrations to pop-ups that have queues forming before the first tray even lands, our events are designed to be talked about long after the last canapé disappears. And behind every seamless set up, every perfectly fluffed tablecloth and every garnish placed just right, there’s serious care going on behind the scenes.
Enter Eanna. Our Events Manager. Detail obsessive. Proud owner of three very important notebooks.
We sat down with her to talk planning, pressure, personality and what really makes a Grazing event hit different.
Your role at Grazing in one sentence?
I spend two weeks planning exciting events, three hours bringing them to life, all to put on a foodie show that lasts one unforgettable hour.
How long have you been part of the Grazing team?
I joined Grazing during the peak Halloween season in 2023, straight into the action. No easing in, just pumpkins, pop-ups and go time.
How did you find your way into corporate events?
I was serving coffee for a regular customer in the sales team at London Zoo. She told me I should apply for the events team and the rest is history. One flat white changed everything.
Best part of the job?
Seeing happy faces, meeting new people and knowing I’ve helped keep everyone well fed, looked after and smiling.
Favourite corporate event you’ve delivered at Grazing?
One of our site’s Christmas lunch buffets alongside their annual end of year party. It felt like the perfect mix of festive feast and full on celebration. They really know how to do it properly.
The biggest challenge when planning corporate events?
Working with tight budgets while still delivering to the highest expectations. I’m all about making it feel premium, even if that means bringing a few decorations from home for those extra finishing touches.
One detail that instantly elevates an event?
It’s always the small things. The stitching on a tablecloth, the way a station is styled, the garnish on a salad. Those details quietly make everything feel considered.
What does great event planning mean to you?
Really understanding what the client wants and then executing it seamlessly. When it looks effortless, that’s when you know it’s been done right.
Something guests would never realise is happening behind the scenes?
We’re usually having a laugh while running around like headless chickens, but from the outside it looks calm and completely under control. That’s the magic.
Your go to trick for staying organised?
Writing absolutely everything down. I always have three notebooks on my desk: one for planning, one for to-do lists and one for general reminders. It’s a system and I trust it with my life.
A corporate event trend you’re loving right now?
Clients leading on sustainability. It’s one of our core values at Grazing, so it’s great when we can bring that to life together in a meaningful way.
What are clients asking for more of this year?
More personality. Professionalism will always be there, but clients love when our teams feel relatable, human and genuinely excited to be there.
Your dream corporate event to plan?
I’d love to work with an AI focused client and explore how emerging tech could be woven into the event experience. Food meets future.
What makes a Grazing event feel different?
The passion behind it. Every single event gets the same level of care and attention. I put everything I have into making sure it feels special.
So whether you’re planning a festive feast, a sustainability led showcase or something completely out of the box, Grazing events are all about big flavour, sharp detail and serious heart.
